Olivia, a 2018 Clayton High School senior, was such a pleasure to work with. She wanted very simple portraits in both a beautifully landscaped, foliage dense area and others in a more urban setting. After chatting further, we decided Forest Park would be just the place. Within the park, we could shoot in some of the more heavily planted areas in addition to shooting near some of the architectural features the park offers.

A few hours before the shoot, Nory and I met Olivia at her home for her styling session. Olivia wanted loose waves in her hair and light, natural makeup. Nory, as always, perfected the look Olivia envisioned for her senior portraits. During the styling session, we also finalized Olivia’s outfit and accessories. In keeping with the theme thus far, Olivia opted for a single outfit to keep things simple. The maroon romper she chose is one of her favorites. The color compliments both her skin and hair tones and photographed beautifully within the settings where we photographed.
